I go on it subliminally by putting a small canola oil for a teaspoon and then putting 50 % of a capsule’s powder within the spoon. I prefer my index hand to mix the 2; I quickly use my index finger to position the greasy paste under my tongue, sublingually. Functions great and more is consumed than by ingesting the whole capsule! Highly recommended! ??
